    Even when manually pushed it is not updating.

    There is something messing with your Deferred as if there was a problem with an individual CRON, it would be happening for everyone. I can take a look at your DB (the deferred table) and see if there are any STUCK processes that are stopping others from completing. Just shoot me an INBOX with login credentials for phpMyAdmin.
