As per title, I've added some new options to give admins finer control over Upcoming Events for Sportsbook Index and Category Pages.
Currently, there is no way to disable the Upcoming Events Block from displaying on Sportsbook Index and Category pages. Now there is via the "Upcoming events limit" option. Setting this option to 0 will disable the Upcoming events blocks on Sportsbook Index and Category Pages.
Currently, only 5 events are fetched for the Upcoming events carousel. Now you can set the limit via the "Upcoming events limit" option.
Currently, the Upcoming events cutoff days is hard coded at 30 days. You can now control this via the "Upcoming events cutoff days" option.
Currently, duplicate events can exist in the Upcoming Events carousel and the events listing. You can now exclude events fetched for the Upcoming Carousel from also being fetched and displayed in the Events listing.
