Implemented More Open Events in [category] & More Open Events from [bookie] blocks

    As per title, I've added a couple of optional blocks to the bottom of the Event View page of open events:
    • More Open Events in [category]
    • More Open Events from [bookie]
    These are option driven blocks (enabled by default, but can be disabled by setting to 0).

    Note: There is code that prevents duplicate events from being displayed in these blocks.
