As per title, I've added some new permissions and new options that give admins more fine control over attachment constraints for Check-ins, Events, Locations, Questions and Reviews.
5 New Permissions that control the maximum amount of attachments per Check-in, Event, Location, Question and Review. These work at all levels of Permissions (User Group, User and Category).
8 new options that control the Maximum [content type] attachment file size & Allowed [content type] attachment file extensions.
This first option has been updated to include both Item attachments and Location attachments (since locations are for multi-location items, they should both have the same constraints).
These are all new options pertaining to Questions, Reviews, Events and Check-ins...
Important Note: Attachment constraints for Event Comments, Location Comments, Check-in Comments, Question Replies and Review Replies still use the Core XF Attachment Constraints options as those are designed for things like posts, comments, replies etc.
