As per title, I've added some Attachment Constraint Options for Questions & Replies, Reviews & Replies and Series. This gives admins finer control on a per content type basis rather than piggybacking off of default attachment constraints.

I've also updated the Item Attachment Constraint Option Title and Description to make it more clear that the option applies to items, item pages and item updates and not just items.
