As per title, I've added some new options to give admins finer control over Upcoming Bets for Sportsbook Member Bets Index page.
Currently, there is no way to disable the Upcoming Bets Block from displaying on Sportsbook Member Bets Index page. Now there is via the "Upcoming bets limit" option. Setting this option to 0 will disable the Upcoming bets blocks on the Sportsbook Member Bets Index page.
Currently, only 5 bets are fetched for the Upcoming bets carousel. Now you can set the limit via the "Upcoming bets limit" option.
Currently, the Upcoming bets cutoff days is hard coded at 30 days. You can now control this via the "Upcoming bets cutoff days" option.
Currently, duplicate bets can exist in the Upcoming Bets carousel and the bets listing. You can now exclude bets fetched for the Upcoming Bets carousel from also being fetched and displayed in the Bets listing.
