As per title, I've added a new feature to Sportsbook that allows Open Member Bets to be Featured.
This is a permissions based feature for Members and Moderators.
When the viewing user has permission to feature / unfeature a given bet, they will see a "Feature bet" link in the More options dropdown of a member bet.
If the bet is already featured, the link will say "Unfeature bet".
Featured Member Bets can be displayed in a Carousel on the Member Bets Index. This is controlled by 2 sportsbook member bets options.
The Featured bets limit option is what is used to enable the block as well as tell the system the maximum amount of featured bets to fetch for the carousel.
The 2nd option will remove duplicate bets from being display in the Bets listing (as well as in the Upcoming Bets Carousel).
For now (Pre XF 2.3), Sportsbook uses a standardized carousel for all types of Sportsbook carousels (Feature, Upcoming, Latest, Popular etc).
Here you can see both the Featured Bets carousel and the Upcoming Bets Carousel (using the standardized carousel layout).
This also includes a Widget Definition that allows you to create Featured Bets Widgets.
Here are the options included in the Featured Bets Widget Definition. As you can see, this definition allows you to create both simple and full size featured bets widgets.
