How easy is it to add other sports, specifically English Football (soccer)?

Do you just add the 20 teams in the league and then enter the whole seasons fixtures or do you need to enter each team name each week? Also can it handle a team having more than 1 match a week?

how come the graphs in that image have colours in the graph that is created, yet in the demo on here (and installs on customer sites) they dont have colours? Can you please assist us in letting us know which css to change for the red and green for example?

The games haven't been complete. That is just showing you the choices thus far. Once the games are finished, you will then see red (wrong) and green (correct).
