Looks great :-)

How easy is it to add other sports, specifically English Football (soccer)?

Do you just add the 20 teams in the league and then enter the whole seasons fixtures or do you need to enter each team name each week? Also can it handle a team having more than 1 match a week?

oh ya, Its already usable... I (and a couple other sites) used it for the full NFL season (Pre Season, Regular Season and Post Season) last year. It will be for sale through the store front in June.

I realised the Euro 2012 starts on the 8th of June - do you think it will be ready to buy before then?, dosent matter if not, just thought it would be a good place to start and test the app out before august. thanks

lol.. thats next friday :P I will certainly do my best to have as much done by then as possible. Might hit you up to do a little work for me (building the Teams DB) to free me up to concentrate on code. Deal?

I cant see helping you out being a problem, but dont worry if it wont be ready, no point rushing it out - I will leave it up to you to decide

What do you mean building the TeamDB exactly>

Just having you enter all the teams into the the system via the "Add Teams" functionality. (team name, nickname, city location, logo etc) really simple when you know all that stuff :P I don't, so it would take me ages and I just can't be assed with that if you want it by next friday haha.

I thought the "Teams" would be empty by default and we just add what we want after we install the add-on?
Are you planning on having alot of Teams already in the system as part of the install then?

** update , i just read the first post, i guess you are planning to have a lot of team data in by default **

If it help I wouldnt ever need to use that team data so would be happy with a version without it and I will just add what i need?

The Teams table is pre populated with some data. Right now all I have is one league, NFL (National Football League).

I plan on having at least 1 MAJOR US League (NFL) and thought it would be nice to have Premier League as well as that is the 2nd most requested data people keep asking me about.

I plan to have league SQL/image packs so that people can quickly run say the MLB query to add all the teams for MLB and then upload the images.

You don't have to use them. One of the Admin Features is creating new Leagues. When you create a new League, you have to create teams for that league (you can't create a league and use teams from other leagues). So if for example, Premier League comes pre installed, just simply edit it and change the title to something else (or delete it), create your own league with the same name and create all the teams from scratch.

I can help you out with the premier league data if you want, logos won't be allowed though as they are quite hot at cracking down on sites using them without a license

I think I'd only be interested in doing D1A (FBS) football though. Doing 300+ teams for basketball would not be my idea of fun....

Let me know what I need to do.

Pst, drop the "A"... that went out over 6 years ago when the NCAA reclassified Div I Football lol :P Div I used to have 3 classifications for football only (IA, IAA and IAAA). Div IA now = Div I BCS, Div IAA now = Div I FCS. Div IAAA was a designation for Div I schools without a Football program (like Gonzaga). Div II, Div III and the NAIA are still the same (altho, Div II received a slight bump in scholarship eligibility). Im a die hard Montana Grizzly Fan (Div I FCS) ;)

I know that. Others reading may not. After all, I am running a college football site. It's now FBS (Football Bowl Subdivision), and FCS (Football Championship Subdivision).

none, I've been out sick all week. Might have something available this coming week. Won't know until I can actually sit up for more than 10-15 minutes and work tho.

Hope you are well soon Bob.

I'm also eagerly awaiting this to compliment SportsBook :)
