Resolved Multiple survivor pools in a season?

I just want to double-check that this is the correct way of setting it up.

Pool 1 ran from week 1 to week 6 then only had one survivor so ended.
I then set up Pool 2 and even though it starts at week 7 all the previous weeks are shown.
Weeks 1-6 show No active players yet & week 7 allows picks.

I assume this is the right way to do it, but wanted to be sure

I have a similar question, not sure how to setup a second pool in the same season. I have created a new survivor pool, but users of the forum are unable to join due to insufficient privileges. Is the original survivor pool used? What am I doing wrong?

Survivor Pools have an "Allow join pool late" option, that allows members to join the pool after week 1 of the season is locked. Enable that, and your members should be able to join the mid season pool

What I do is enable that option for 1 week, then disable it again. That way, members have 1 week to join the new mid season survivor pool, which is more than enough time. If there are a couple stragglers, you can always enable it, let them join, then disable it again.

I have now enabled 'Allow join pool late', however from Manage your Picks, the option to select a team from the latest gameweek is unavailable, the gameweek the user was eliminated is only displayed.

Please can you advise?

To do a MID SEASON Survivor, you literally create the pool, choose the season and set the "Can join pool late" setting. That is it. There are not other configurations settings etc.

Its the current week in the SEASON that controls when a member of a Survivor Pool can make their pick.

When joining a Mid Season Pool, all previous weeks will be designated as DNP.

Here is what the Manage your picks looks like in a Mid Season Survivor Pool (started a 2nd pool in Week 13 of the 2024 NFL Season).

however from Manage your Picks, the option to select a team from the latest gameweek is unavailable, the gameweek the user was eliminated is only displayed.

This makes absolutely NO SENSE lol How did someone that just JOINED, be eliminated?

Post screenshots of the current week, previous week and upcoming week (the actual edit forms so that I can see the DATES for each week).

Only thing I can think of is WEEK mis-configuration.
