Updated Logging of View Counts now limited to non contributors

As per title, I've updated the logging of View Counts to only log a view if the viewing user is NOT a contributor (which means Author, Co-Authors or Contributors). This way views are not artificially inflated by those associated with the ITEM eg, Authors, Co-Authors or Contributors.
