Implemented Allow guests and or non pool members to view public pools

It would be nice to have open pools available for guests to view without them being able to interact with the pools

This suggestion has been implemented. Votes are no longer accepted.
This has been implemented in Pickem 2.0.0. Any user group (to include the Unregistered/Unconfirmed Guest user group) that has the permission to view Pickem, will be able to view any Public Pool (Private pools are only viewable by members of the pool).

Here you can see that the viewing user is not logged in and is able to view a public pool.
