What's the path for correcting Tiebreakers?

Edit the POOL that the tie breaker belongs to. Adding and Editing Tie Breakers is part of the POOL Create/Edit form.

There is no interface for edting individual players stuff, so if you are asking about that, that isn't something that is available.
