Implemented Wager limitations per Usergroup/Category Permissions

Here you can see the 3 new User Group Permissions that allow you to set the Maximum Wagers per Outcome, Minimum wager amount per outcome and Maximum Wager Amount per outcome. The 2nd picture shows that you can set different values for that specific category.

NOTE: Don't forget that the HIGHER value takes precedence, ie... if you set the Max Wager Amount per outcome to unlimited in the Global User Group Permission and then set it to 500 in a category permission, the Unlimited trumps the Category setting. Its best to put lower values in the Global Permissions and then increase them within the Category permissions.
