Currently, only specific image type extensions (png, jpg, jpeg, jpe,gif) are allowed when uploading attachments to Blogs. These are hard coded in the Blog Attachment Handler and can only be edited by edit the attachment handler file (XFRM does the same). This isn't very flexible for Admins.
So, I've added a new UBS option "Allowed blog attachment file extensions" that lets admins set the attachment file extensions that are available when creating/editing a Blog.
Note: Default allowed extensions are shown in the screenshot below (newly added default extensions are txt, pdf, webp).
