As per title, several Sort Order Types and Default Sort Order options have been combined into 2 general options settings instead of multiple major area options. This effects 4 major areas (AMS Home, AMS Category Pages, AMS Author Pages and AMS Field Search results).
NOTE: Individual Categories still have the option of overriding the default sort options for cases where you have categories with no ratings and don't want the rating sort type available.
