Updated Replace Status Tickers for Events and Bets with something else

Hi Bob,

When viewing an open event, there is a marquee that says:

Text 1: This Event is open and taking wagers for the outcomes listed below
Text 2: This Event will close on...

And when viewing a settled event, the following marquee is present:

Text 1: This Event is over and no longer taking wagers
Text 2: This Event was settled...

Apart of the fact that marquee is so 2000's and is the worst thing regarding usability, I think that in both cases Text 2 is enough. It's clear that if the event will close on a future date, then the event is open. And it is also clear that if the event was settled on a past date, then the event is over.

Sportsbook 2.0 does not use the Status Ticker on Events and Bets.
