Updated Display Event Icon for Bets associated with an Event

    As per title, when a Bet is associated with an Event, display the Event Icon instead of the Member Avatar in various places like Bet page, Bet listing pages, Search results etc.

    Example, the first 2 bets on the Bet Index page are associated with an Event, so the Event Icon is displayed instead of the Avatar of the user that created the bet.

    Here you can see on the Bet Page itself, since this Bet is associated with an Event, the Event Icon is displayed in stead of the Users Avatar.
