Fixed Category Icon not displaying on Member Bets tab of Event

As per title, when viewing the Member Bets Tab on an Event, if the Bet does not have a Bet Icon uploaded and the Event itself does not have an event icon uploaded and the Category has a category image uploaded, it is not rendering on the bet list macro.

This has been resolved in SB 2.2.7
