Implemented Popular events block

Hi Bob,

It would be awesome if you could include a block (like "Recent Winners" or "Upcoming Events") which should be called "Popular Events". It should list the hottest or more popular events measured by the number of wagers placed.

I've added a widget definition that lets you create "Popular Events" widgets.

Widget definition: Sportsbook: Popular Events

This definition is used for creating various types of Popular (OPEN) Events widgets widgets (based on the amount of wagers placed on outcomes within the event). This definition includes a few widget configurations options that allow you to fine control the output of the widget.

NOTE: Sportsbook does NOT include pre configuring any widgets based on this definition during the Install or Upgrade process. You will need to create your own widgets with this definition.

Lets take a look at the definition options.

Maximum entries. This controls the max amount of Events that you want to display in the widget. Default is 5 when creating a new widget.

Minimum wagers count. This is the minimum amount of wagers placed on outcomes within the event, for that event to be considered "popular". Default is set to 10 when creating a new widget.

Display style. This allows you to create widgets for narrow spaces like sidebars (Simple) or full size widgets (List View).

Category limit. Lets you control which categories the events will be fetched from (default is All).



This is what the Full - List View output looks like. Its used in places like Forum list: Above nodes (as shown in this example).
