as per this thread: Implemented - Users should be able to post more than 1 review per item

I've added a new permission that allows you to let members create multiple reviews on a given showcase item.

NOTE: This only applies to REVIEWS. If a user has submitted a RATING ONLY on an item that can be both Rated or Reviewed and they attempt to submit another rating only, the system will reject it and require the user to fill in the required inputs on the review form.
