Improve community blogs management interface

Right now the UI for creating community blogs looks like this:

Entering User / Usergroup IDs seems unintuitive, especially as users normally won't even be able to know usergroup IDs.

It also gives them quite a lot of power.

I therefore suggest the following changes:

1. Add integer usergroup permissions to limit the max. amount of allowed contributor users and usergroups
2. Add a bool usergroup permission to restrict which users can be added as contributors
3. Add a multi-seletion option to configure which usergroups can be added as contributors, if none are selected the option to add usergroups should not be available
4. Use token input with autocomplete to enter usernames and usergroup titles instead of IDs

Agreed. The user group especially. The user ID is easy enough to tell people how to find but an autocomplete would be awesome.

On my site we have Dev Groups for gaming mod development. If they could just add their own group by name that would be a huge help. For now we have a sticky inside their mod forums that just tells them their group ID.

All of this (and more) has already been implemented in UBS 3.0.0 Alpha (for XF 3.0).

If XF 3.0 takes 84 more years to be released, I might push this into an UBS 2.X.0 eg UBS 2.5.0 | 2.6.0 etc...
