How do members 'Meet the Bookies'?:

Hi! I remember in one of the older beta's that there was an area where people could actually 'Meet the Bookies'? Looking but did not find that area. I was hoping to find it because I want people to be able to contact one of the Bookies so that they could recommend events to be entered for wagering on...

I removed that because it wasn't even close to being anything "functional". All it was (in the earlier beta) was a page that displayed an avatar of every member that had created at least 1 Event. It did nothing else.

I do have "Meet the Bookies" on the whiteboard as a possible future feature, but no plans on when that might be, nor do I have any sort of "functionality" associated with it beyond what one of the Beta testers always asked me about (which was controlling the ability to control which bookies were displayed).

In the mean time... one suggestion would be creating a "page" that would contain bookie info.

Yea, I just took the phrase xi_sportsbook_welcome_content and edited it accordingly w/conversation-links to the bookie(s) and banker(s) respectfully. Was going to do that earlier but wanted to make sure there was no other area like 'meet the bookies' of which I agree 100% for it being removed:
