Implemented Google Maps Marker Clustering

This has been implemented in SC 3.2.7

I've added a new Global Option to the Maps Options for SC that allows you to enable/disable Marker Clustering (enabled by default).

When Map Clustering is enabled, markers within close proximity of each other are "grouped" into a cluster that has a number that indicates how many markers are within that cluster, the larger the clusters, the color of the cluster changes (there are five levels of clusters, blue, yellow, red, pink and purple).

The following images will be uploaded to your styles/default/xenaddons/showcase/map_markers/ directory. These images are used for the five levels of clusters makers.
