Now that Review tab is added.. can we have most reviewed item block or tab in the Showcase index page?

Now that Review tab is added.. can we have most reviewed item block or tab in the Showcase index page?

Im open to adding stuff in regards to the new reviews functionality. I'd like to gather a bunch of input and ideas from users before making any solid decisions tho. I have a few things in mind, but really want to hear from everyone that uses it.
