Can you change your picks at any time?

If I am doing a regular style pickem and I submit my picks. Can I go back later and change some picks or are they locked in once you submit the entire week?

My gut feeling is yes but I want to be sure before I submit a week.

Obviously you can't change a pick where the game has already started.

The EDIT Picks pages is available until the Week Stop Date/Time hits. Each game has its own LOCK date, so once the game starts, you can't change that particular pick, but any games that have not started you can change.
