Fixed Blog Entry Read Time is not properly updating when Adding or Editing a Blog Entry Page

Are there any errors being throw?
No
As per title, when adding or editing a blog entry page, the blog entry read time data is not being updated, only when editing a blog entry is it being updated.

This has been resolved in UBS 2.3.12

Note: The upgrade includes running the rebuild blog entries job, which includes rebuilding blog entry read times.
