Fixed Article Read Time is not properly updating when Adding or Editing an Article Page

Are there any errors being throw?

As per title, when adding or editing an article page, the article read time data is not being updated, only when editing an article is it being updated.

This has been resolved in AMS 2.3.12

Note: The upgrade includes running the rebuild articles job, which includes rebuilding article read times.
