Implemented Beta Automatically Feature Articles based on AMS Options Criteria

    As per title...

    I've added a new section of AMS options titled "Auto feature & unfeature options". This is a Cron based feature (Cron entry runs hourly at 51 past the hour).

    Note: This feature will only auto feature articles that have NEVER been featured before (last_featured_date must be 0 to be considered).

    Important Note: This is Beta and is Unsupported. Do not use this on production without testing first (as its NOT SUPPORTED).
