Implemented Attachments for Comments

As per title, I've implemented attachments for comments.

This is a permissions based feature and applies to all pools that allow comments.




Pickem Comment Attachments use the following Core XF Attachments options/constraints (which are for ALL content types, not just Posts).

• Maximum attachment file size
• Allow video/audio uploads with maximum file size
• Maximum attachments per message
• Allowed attachment file extensions
• Maximum attachment image dimensions
• Attachment thumbnail dimensions

Uses Core XF attachments macros, so the look and feel is the same with Pickem Comments as it is with Discussion Thread Posts (as shown below).
