Not Planned [XF1] Showcase index to to have search bar to quickly goto desired profile

Hi Bob,
Just a suggestion. I have over 200 items in my showcase, and going directly to the correct showcase item is a pain. Can i suggest the possible two things:
1) Have a search bar at the top of the showcase index page/or on the page's sidebar where users can start typing the showcase item and it autocompletes based on the items in the system
2) In the showcase index page, in the alphabetical tab to have a b c d e f etc listed below it to quickly get to the desired item?

Actually been thinking about doing something like that, so I'll mark this as "considered". Also, does the Title Filtering cover what you were wanting? It does the same thing as the old "jump menu" system, cept allows more flexibility as it can be used with all the sort tabs.

TBH i would be more than content with the showcase item lookup than even the title filtering. That would be a fantastic addition and could be useful to most people on here i believe.

Can we please get the search box similiar to 'get quote' input box from stocktrader gto search for showcase items??

The Ajax quick search would be handy for sure, because even know you can use the normal Xenforo search, not many know or use it to search for just Showcase so they get returns from posts and media also. This will let them search direct for the Showcase they want.
