As per title, options to disable various content counts (Item count, Editor Review count, Review count and Check-in count) on member cards and member profile.

Note: This was funded by @cdub

Note: These do not control the Tabs on member profiles, those are a different feature. This only disables the display of "counts" on the member profile and member card.
