Implemented Display wagers placed, bets made and bets accepted counts on member profile and member card

As per title, I've added 3 new options that when enabled will display wagers placed count, bets made count and bets accepted count on member profile and member card. The counts are LINKED as well (which takes the viewing user to the Wagers Index page or Bets Index page for the specified member).

Note: These are disabled by default, so if you want to use them, you will need to enable them.
