Implemented Widget Definition - Pickem: Standings

As per title, I've added a new Widget Definition for creating "Standings" widgets.

This works for all pool types (Standard, Spread, Draw) except for Survivor (as there is no "standings" in survivor).

There are 2 configuration settings (Limit and Pool).



The output is basically the same as the Standings page within the Pool itself. I've got this widget configured to display the top 5. The Widget title links to the standings page for the pool as does the link in the footer.

Something new that I've recently added is that the viewing user will see their standings highlighted (as seen below, Mr Bookie see's his personal standing highlighted in blue and in the 2nd image below, admin see's his highlighted.
