As per title, when reassigning an Blog Entry that has an associated discussion thread, the thread is not being reassigned to the new blog entry owner if the send alert option is unchecked on the form.

This has been resolved in UBS 2.2.30 (as well as in other addons that have reassign functionality).
Also, currently, the associated thread will only be reassigned if the UBS Blog Entry is in a visible state. That has been changed so that it will change no matter the state if the Blog Entry (draft, awaiting publishing, moderated, deleted or visible). Changed this due to Threads not having a reassign feature.
