This only applies to big pools with many users. The ability to search for a user rather than having to look through the leaderboards. I can do this but it would be more user friendly and faster I think. A search box or search page maybe.
And when you click on the name of the user it shows basic info relating to the pool he/she is in. Like how many points they have and there picks.
