Implemented Use Week Stop Date for Game Lock date/time on Game Create Form

    As per title, use the Week Stop Date instead of the Week Start Date for the prefilled in Date on the Game Create Forum. Also add the TIME (both hour and minutes) from the Week Stop Date.

    Current: Prefills with Week Start Date only. Time is set to 00:00

    NEW: Prefills with Week STOP date and time (allowing for quick game creation as you don't need to set a date and time)
