Implemented Upload attachments to Event Details

    There is no picture upload for detail page. :(
    Nobody has the time to link in a picture.

    I've implemented an Attachment Handler for Events which allows Bookies to upload attachments (to include vidoes) to the Event Details page.

    This is a permissions based feature, both for Viewing and Uploading.

    Most of the Core XF attachments options are used, however, there are some Sportsbook specific options that override the Core XF attachments options.

    Attachments can be embed into the event details (as you can see, the video is embed) as well as listed in a collection below the event details (2 collections, 1 for image attachments and 1 for file attachments).

    Note: Videos must be embed as that is the only place to display them.
