Implemented *UPDATED* Recent Events Widget for [bd] Framework

I think it would be nice to have a Recent Events widget since many of us are using the Framework.

finally got around to this. I've created a recent events widget and most recent winners widget. Im still fine tuning things, but the widget framework will be integrated into the next version of Sportsbook.

Yeah, once it hit... I decided I was going to run with it as well. I am certain this (Sportsbook Widget) is a great add for you, considering the amount of responses [bd] Widget Framework has gotten in the last couple days. I am excited to try out different positions with it now.

They are built for the SIDEBAR, not for inserting in hooks just everywhere. If you are going to want to use something outside of the sidebar, then you are most likely going to have to rebuild the template(s) along with the CSS to conform with that specific area (Im sure you know this already, but just wanted to point that out to others that may not know this).

So far I have 2 Widgets. Recent Events and Recent Winners. I will make more on request (both free and paid).

this site is now using the Widget Framework as well as the updated version of Sportsbook that includes 2 widgets (Recent Events and Recent Winners). Each Widget has a "limit" field so that you can limit the amount of results that display per widget, per area.. an example is that on the home page, I list 3 results and on the members page http://addons.nfljunkies.com/members/ I list 10 results.

1.0.2 will be released sometime this weekend.

I've updated this Widget Render to the spec's listed in this thread: http://addons.nfljunkies.com/threads/upcoming-events-block.638/

Post upgrade, you will need to delete the OLD widget and create a new widget with the new Tabbed Events renderer.
