Tooltip not working when using Collapsible navigation type

Hi,

As title says, when I use Collapsible navigation type, the tooltip that shows the category description doesn't come while hovering.

I don't know if its bug or as designed.

Pretty sure its "as designed". I'll look in my notes to see if I wrote anything down about it.
