as per title...
This will not be a Favorite vs Underdog listing like a betting sheet with moving lines. Instead, Spreads will be listed for all the HOME teams (The same way all the major Pickem's like Yahoo, ESPN, NFL.com, CBS Sports etc lists them).
So for this addon, A Negative Spread means that the Home Team is Favored. A Positive Spread means that the Visitor Team is Favored (examples below).
Visitor: Oakland Raiders
Home: Kansas City Chiefs (-3.5)
In the above, the Chiefs are favored by 3.5 points
If you pick KC, they would have to Win by at least 4 points.
If you pick Oakland, they must either win, tie or lose by no more than 3 points
Visitor: Chicago Bears
Home: Detroit Lions (+3.5)
In the above, the Bears are favored by 3.5 points
If you pick Chicago, they would have to Win by at least 4 points.
If you pick Detroit, they must either win, tie or lose by no more than 3 points
If your favorite source lists the spread for the favorites, then you will just need to reverse it if the favorite is the visitor.. ie, if it lists a visitor as the fav -7 you'd set the spread at 7 for the home team (since all spreads in pickem are assigned to the home team).
Anyone that has played Spread pickem should already know this, just listing it for those that don't. If you've never played it, you probably aren't interested in it anyway.
