Setting everything up

I have done some stuff and see results from last week but I am not able to pick anything for this week.

It says:
Week 2 closes 19. September 2015 um 15:00 Uhr
(6 days from now)

Results for this week are currently not available.

The game for this week that I created as a test has a lock date of 2015-09-18 so we are well within that time frame.
Why am I not seeing the game to pick a winner?

Are you viewing WEEK 2 or WEEK 1 on the PICKS page? The Week START date is used to set that week as the Default (focused) week meaning that when you first access any pickem pages, it will be focused for that specific week.

Can you let me login with your Admin Account. I can take a quick look and tell you if anything is not set up correctly.

If you have your weeks setup properly, the CURRENT week will be the default week.

For NFL, the Start Date for the week should be Tuesday (which is the official start date for an NFL week.). The Stop Date should be kick off for Monday Night Football game. Game Lock dates should be the kickoff date/time for each game.

As you can see, the START Dates for each week are AFTER the previous weeks STOP Date (For NFL, the best is either Tuesday or Wednesday).


Each WEEK has its own PAGE on the Manage your Picks area and the Standings Pages. The header tells you what week is currently being displayed. Use the Switch Week to change to a different week that isn't the "Current" week.

You can create me a dummy account if you want, but using yours allows me to see what you are seeing on the frontend. Im watching Football with my family right now, so it will be easier if I can just user your account for a few minutes when I can slip away while they don't get MAD. I am not even supposed to be online right now.

That is the STANDINGS page. You make your picks on the Manage Your Picks page.

Wow, it is time for lunch. I did not see that. Thanks, now I saw it and picked the team.

The next problem I have is with my style.

Due to the different style names I do not see any buttons or anything.

You need to upload all the Pickem images to your STYLE.

The Pickem images are uploaded into the Core XF Default style: /styles/default/nflj/pickem/... (various images and folders)
You need to upload the /nflj/pickem/... into your custom style /styles/apex-light/nflj/pickem/...

I also found a way to edit and create things directly in the database, so I will take care of that.
