Updated SC Style Properties: Category element for List View, Grid View and Carousels

    This has been implemented in SC 3.2.19 (thanks to a donation by an anonymous license holder).

    As per title, I've added an element option to enable/disable the displaying of the "Category" on various layout types and carousels (some already had this, others did not, now all of them have it).

    Note: This also required some LESS/CSS modifications to Grid View layout.
