Implemented Blog List Layout Type - Grid View

    This was funded by @alfa1 and graciously donated back to the UBS community for everyone's benefit.

    As per title, I've added Grid View to the Blog list layout type option. This allows you to display Blogs on the Blog list in Grid View Layout type.

    Grid View for Blogs has its own Macro, however, it shares the UBS Grid View LESS/CSS, so its going to look and behave the same as Grid View Layout Type does for Blog Entries (altho, slightly different data being displayed).

    I've updated both the UBS Featured Blogs and UBS Latest Blogs Widget Definitions to include being able to select "Grid View" layout type.

    Also added Grid View to the Layout type option for the "More blogs from [blog author name]" block.
