Implemented RSS Feeds

RSS feeds for AMS 2 are now implemented.

There are 2 types of AMS RSS Feeds.

• Global - All articles (visible and within the read marking cutoff).
• Individual Category - Only articles in the specific category.

This works just like Core XF Forum RSS (both Global and per Category). You don't need any special URLS as RSS Feeders should pick up RSS automatically (just like they do for Forums).

With that said, you CAN access RSS feeds via special URLs if you want to.. eg, articles/index.rss and articles/categories/category_name.1/index.rss
