As per title, I've replaced the XFRM style "Author Reply" feature with the ability to post replies to reviews just like you can post replies to comments.

Same exact feature set as Comment Replies.

Question: "What happens to the Owner Replies on existing Reviews"

Answer: There is a special upgrade process that converts existing Owner Replies (which are stored in a field of the Review Record) into actual Review Replies (individual records in the new review reply table).
