Implemented Post "New Review" message to thread

    There is a new OPTION that allows you to Enable or Disable this simple feature.

    There are 2 important requirements involved in determining whether or not a review qualifies to be posted to a thread (besides obviously needing an associated thread).
    • The user posting the Review MUST be able to bypass the moderation queue when posting reviews.
    • The Review MUST be Public (not anonymous).
    If the Review meets those 2 requirements, a post will be made to the discussion thread as shown below.
