Option to set scheduled publishing during initial item create process instead of having to save as draft first

This has been implemented in SC 3.2.20

I've added 3 publishing options that you can choose from when initially creating an item (as shown below). Default checked is "Submit for publishing now". There is no change to this, this works just like it has always worked when not checking "Save as draft".




You can now schedule an item for publishing on a set date/time without having to save as a draft first.

When selecting "Schedule for publishing on a set date/time", the Date Picker and Timezone inputs will appear as shown below.
