I've added a NEW OPTION pertaining to including image attachments from posts in the associated discussion thread. This new option gives you 3 types of fetching choices instead of just an On/Off switch.
Note: Default is set to "Do not include image attachments from posts".
Note: The OLD option has been removed, so you will have to set this NEW option as part of your post upgrade steps.
