As per title, I've added a new AMS Option: Image Gallery - > Include image attachments from comments in the gallery (Own tab). This option allows for fine control of which comments images are fetched as you can limit this to comments posted by the article author/co-authors only as well as from article author/co-authors and contributors only.

This is a NEW option and the default is disabled, so you will need to SET this option after upgrading if you want to fetch images from comments to be included in the article image gallery!.
